Christmas Eve with the Family

For the first time in a few years Bryan has Christmas Eve and Christmas day off, so this is a new concept around here. After all the running around this year it was nice to have a few days of just family time. After a nice night with friends for Bryan's birthday we started off Christmas Eve with a nice day around the house playing with the kids. We headed to Cornerstone for a fabulous Christmas Eve Service. It is always great that no matter how many times you hear the story of Christ's birth it can have a special meaning.

My mom and sister headed over that night for dinner and presents with the kids. My sister walked in with an interesting treat for us to enjoy during dinner. I have to give her credit for his creativity and guts to bring this. It was a four pack of "grab n' go wine". Of course I had to take pictures of this because I had never seen these before.....it was hilarious. The only problem was the kids kept going for them since they look like the chocolate milks they get at Starbuck's.

Fine wine at it's best.....the best part was that this wine is from Lathrop. Just one town over from Tracy...only in the Central Valley.
Chris and Dani were definetly ready to open some presents.
Dani preferred walking around with the present more then opening them

Nothing like Central Valley wine to keep a little "ghetto" in your life....
