The Dry Bean Festival

Only in Tracy can there be a Dry Bean festival that has been going on for 22 years now. Hey it was local, free and fun for the kids. I had not been in the past two years mainly because it always super hot. It was no different this year, but the kids needed to have some fun......and they did.
